1. What is your design process?

All of our designs are built by our in-house design team. During the design process, you will be working with one of our top-notch designers to get a feel for how you want your site styled. Once we have that information, we then work on a custom design per your specifications. Once the design is done, you and the designer can discuss any final small tweaks.

2. What if you don’t have experience in my industry?

Our team has experience in many industries and for many differing types of sites, including B2B portals, Intranets and even large eCommerce websites. We will not stop until your satisfied with the design.

3. Do you outsource any of your work?

No, all of our design and development work is done in house by our experts. We like to keep our work local so that we can ensure your getting the best possible quality of work.

4. Do you have your own servers for hosting?

Absolutely. A lot of our competition use companies like GoDaddy, 1&1, Bluehost and others. What this means to you is your site is hosted on servers that are typically overloaded with accounts and can get slow. Our servers are owned and managed by us. We tune each server for maximum performance and only host sites we build. We don't do general hosting.

Setting up your site:
1. Can I pick my own domain name (URL)?

Yes, we wouldn't have it any other way. Your URL is your property and sometimes hard to to secure. We will help you in any way we can to pick out a URL.

2. If I have my own URL, will you maintain it?

Yes, we can transfer your URL to our system before it's set to expire and automatically renew it for you each year.

3. Can I move my URL to another company like GoDaddy?

Yes, we would hate to see that happen since you would lose a great benefit of not having to worry about renewing it each year.

4. Do you have any photos that I can use?

Yes we do. We have access to numerous online photo systems which allow us to use professional photography in the design of your website.

5. How quickly will my site be live?

Typically within 7-10 business days.  The sooner you provide content for our designers, the quicker we can get your site live.

1. I have commitment challenges; will I be locked into a long-term contract?

No. We belief is that we have to earn your business, each and every day. If at any point you decide we're not earning that, we would hate to see you go.

2. How much can a custom site typically cost?

Before you found Hii5, you have probably been quoted anywhere from $2000 to $5000 for a custom website? Some of our quotes from our parent company Web-JIVE come in above $2000. At Hi5, we're taking a different approach with our $599 website and hosting structure.

3. Are there any cancellation fees?

Nope. Since your not under contract, there are no cancellation fees.

4. Do I have to pay extra for updates, hosting, or e-mail accounts?

Your $50 monthly hosting fee keeps the doors open, our employees compensated and most of all, keeps your website content up-to-date with 50 free website content updates per month! If you need more that 50 updates per month, then give us a call for additional pricing. Your hosting and email is also included in that low monthly fee.

We have both credit card and paypal providing you with two convenient choices!

2. Does Hi5 provide receipts?

Yes we do. Every month, you will receive a notice that payment is due (about 2 weeks before). Once your payment has been made, you will receive a receipt via email, confirming your payment. At any time, you can login to our billing and support system and all your invoices, and their payment status will be available for download.
